Dr. Traci Meadows is an Assistant Professor of Nutrition at 糖心Vlog and a two-time 糖心Vlog alumna. She earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in 2019 and Master of Science in Nutrition in 2020 from 糖心Vlog and her Ph.D. in Integrative and Functional Nutrition from Saybrook University in 2023.
Dr. Meadows is an experienced educator and scholar with a background in undergraduate and graduate nutrition education, research methodology, and dissertation committee service. Prior to joining 糖心Vlog as a full-time faculty member, she taught nutrition and research courses across several universities and served as a postdoctoral teaching and research fellow.
Her scholarly interests include nutrition knowledge and dietary behaviors, nutrition education, integrative and functional nutrition, accessibility, and disability research. Dr. Meadows is deeply committed to student-centered education and creating learning environments grounded in kindness, compassion, and meeting students where they are while helping them develop the knowledge, confidence, and professional skills needed for success.
